The Twisted Spoon is my opportunity to showcase my 25 plus years of experience as a chef, while helping you in the kitchen on a weekly basis with meal preps or by catering an event highlighting your favorite dishes.

My love for food started at a young age when I would spend time with my grandmother. She taught me the importance of gathering around a table to enjoy a home cooked meal with family and friends.


I was fortunate enough to be born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and as a teenager I developed a love for the sport of soccer also. I played for many years in a variety of organized leagues  and was blessed to visit some of my favorite European countries in the process. Shortly after high school I found myself working in a kitchen and I knew from the very beginning what I wanted to do as a career!


This slowly developed into the passion I have for the culinary arts today. I worked in some amazing establishments in the area and was blessed to be around some very knowledgeable and talented chefs. I absorbed what I could, researched more and developed my own recipes.


My wife of 15 years Amber, who is also a chef and I, along with our canine best friend Porterhouse are excited for this new adventure! Along the way we would also like  to support our local animal shelters... because our love for animals burns just as bright! Thank you for supporting my creative cuisine and helping to make this lifelong dream a reality...Bon Appetite!
